Common Questions

The Abhay Khand RWA Federation is a registered organization (Reg. No. GHA/08690/2024-2025) that unites 41 Resident Welfare Associations in the Abhay Khand area of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We work together to address common issues and improve the quality of life for all residents.
Any registered or unregistered residential society in Abhay Khand can join. The annual membership fee is ₹500 for societies with 25 or fewer flats, or ₹20 per flat per year for larger societies. Contact us or visit our membership page for more details.
Members benefit from collective bargaining power with authorities, legal and administrative guidance, networking with other RWAs, representation in government matters, and access to shared resources and best practices.
Individual residents who are permanent residents of Abhay Khand and legal owners of a flat/house can become permanent members by paying a one-time fee of ₹1,000. You must be at least 25 years old and agree to follow the Federation's constitution.
General body meetings are held periodically as per the constitution. Executive Committee meetings are held regularly to discuss ongoing issues. Members are notified in advance about all meetings.
